4. Junior Architecture B.Arch from Mumbai University 2 - 4
  1. Must have knowledge on municipal and DC Rules & Regulations.
  2. Prepare working drawings.
  3. Calculate the fsi working as per the requirements
  4. Assist the seniors in the design input plans.
  5. Co-ordinate with consultants as per the direction of the seniors.
5. Security & Admin Manager graduate in any discipline minimum 5
  1. Basic Knowledge of computer is essential.
  2. Must have Defence background and preferably had taken vrs from Army as Major or Captain.
  3. Good communication skills in vernacular languages (English, Hindi& Marathi)
6. Security Supervisor 12th pass / Graduate 6 - 8
  1. He should be able to manage all site arrangements as per site demand.
  2. Experience as a Security Supervisor / Officer in reputed real estate company.
  3. Good communication skill & should represent company at various level.Preference to the Ex – Army candidates.
  4. Should be responsible for physical land acquisition & security of all projects.Age limit 35 – 45 years
